Our comprehensive security approach includes automatic SSL/TLS encryption for all traffic, Web Application Firewall (WAF) protection, DDoS mitigation, network isolation between containers, encrypted environment variables, automated security patches, and regular security audits.
SSL/TLS Encryption
All traffic to and from your applications is automatically encrypted using SSL/TLS certificates. This includes traffic to custom domains, traffic to Inteleto-provided domains, and all API requests and responses. Our automated certificate management ensures your applications always have valid, up-to-date SSL certificates.
Web Application Firewall
Our built-in WAF provides robust protection against common web vulnerabilities and attacks. The WAF continuously monitors and filters traffic to prevent common attacks.
Container Security
Each container runs in an isolated environment with its own dedicated virtual network interfaces and resource limits. Containers operate with no shared storage between them, ensuring complete data isolation. The system automatically applies security patches and maintains a read-only root filesystem with limited system access to prevent unauthorized modifications.
Environment Variables
As detailed in our Environment Variables documentation, we maintain strict security around configuration data. All environment variables are encrypted at rest and during transmission to containers. Values are never displayed after being set, providing secure storage for secrets and credentials.
Continuous Monitoring
Our security team continuously monitors the platform for suspicious traffic patterns, security vulnerabilities, and system anomalies. This proactive approach includes comprehensive infrastructure health checks and network threat detection to identify and address potential security issues before they can impact your applications.
Security Updates
Security is an ongoing process at Inteleto. Container base images receive regular updates, security patches are automatically applied across the platform, and all infrastructure components are kept current. When known vulnerabilities are discovered, our team promptly addresses them to maintain the security of your applications.
