AI search across Slack, docs, tickets and wikisOne AI Search Across Slack, Docs, Tickets, and Wikis

Inteleto indexes Slack, documents, tickets and wikis into one permission-aware retrieval layer, then answers questions across all of them at once with citations back to the original message or page. Each person sees answers built only from sources they already have access to.

Unify fragmented company knowledge into a single intelligent retrieval layer with grounded answers and source tracking. Stop losing institutional knowledge in disconnected tools.

The knowledge layer that connects your entire company

Every answer shows which Slack thread, Jira ticket, Confluence page, or doc it came from. Employees can verify the source and trace decisions back to their origin.

Institutional Memory

Answer questions like "Who decided to use PostgreSQL?" or "Why did we drop feature X?" โ€” even when the original Slack thread is years old.

AI Project Summaries

Automatically synthesize all knowledge about a project โ€” decisions, tickets, docs, and messages โ€” into a structured summary for new team members or stakeholder updates.

Knowledge Graph

Visualize how concepts, people, and projects connect across your entire knowledge base. Discover hidden relationships between teams, decisions, and documentation.

Frequently asked questions

How are permissions handled across different tools?
Access is resolved at retrieval time per user and per source. A document someone cannot open in the source system is never retrieved for them, so it cannot appear in an answer or a citation.
Does Slack content really add value, or just noise?
It adds the decisions that were never written down anywhere else. Because every claim is cited, a Slack-sourced answer is visibly weaker evidence than a policy-sourced one, and the reader can judge accordingly.
Can we start with one source and add more later?
Yes. Each source is a separate scope, and retrieval fuses across whichever scopes a case includes. Adding a source does not require reindexing the others.
